How much does it cost to book a villa/apartment?
Our system flexibly considers the cost depending on the season and the length of your stay.
Rental of property in Phuket depends on three main seasons:
Low Season: May 1 – September 31
High Season: February 1 – April 31, October 1 – November 31
Peak of the season: December 1 – January 31.
The duration of your stay is of course also an important factor.
The grid of the cost of living is as follows:
From 4 to 7 days – the maximum cost
From 7 to 28 days – high cost
From 1 month to 3 months – the average cost
Over 3 months – the minimum cost.
In case you want to rent a villa for more than 6 months – contact us by our e-mail or using the contact form – individual conditions of pricing are possible.
The easiest way to calculate the cost of living is by choosing a specific date and villa. Please note that utility bills and other services are paid separately on the spot.
