Before Tropiclook starts a new project, each villa is carefully selected for compliance with the requirements of our network. Every day more and more applications come to us, but we only connect to networks that have the correct feel with us.
3. How long has the company been running?
For over 7 years we have been hosting guests from more than 130 countries around the world. All our villas are equipped according to the highest standards and never inferior with Phuket’s hotels conveniences nor price.
4. What services do you offer your guests?
In short, each villa is equipped with everything necessary and wanted for a comfortable stay. All villas feature their own private pool, TV with stereo system and amenities such as hangers, towels, irons, hair dryers, children’s chairs, kitchen utensils etc. Full details are in the description of the villas on our website. We, like any hotel, are always available 24 hours a day to answer any of your questions.
5. Will any of the staff live with us at the villa?
Staff will not be living with you in your villa. However, there will be strict designated days and hours for cleaning. You can always agree with us on a convenient time for you when you would prefer cleaning to take place. The concierge will be in touch with you via cellphone which is provided for you during the rental of the villa. If you need the presence of one of the staff for example, a nanny or a cook, you can speak to our team to arrange and request this.

8. How can I book one of your villas?
Once you’re on the main page of our website you have the options to set the conditions you would like for your stay as in the number of guests, dates and area of residence in Phuket. You will be able to view our many villa or apartment choices. You have the ability to view them directly or add them to a wish list which you can return to later. This will allow you to compare and decide which one suits you best.
We know that having over 100 choices of accommodation can be quite overwhelming but do not worry, you can select filters to the right of the website page to narrow down the range of offers to suit your preferences.
Results can be filtered down by type of housing, price, district or number of bedrooms. You can also search for offers directly on the map by clicking on the “MAP” button to the left under the search bar.
All our facilities are located exactly where they are marked. Once you have specified the price and checked the availability of the dates you have indicated, you can start booking! 9. How much does it cost to book a villa/ apartment?
Our system flexibly considers the cost depending on the season and the length of your stay.
Rental of property in Phuket depends on three main seasons:
Low Season: May 1 – September 31
High Season: February 1 – April 31, October 1 – November 31
Peak of the season: December 1 – January 31.
The duration of your stay is of course also an important factor.
The grid of the cost of living is as follows:
From 4 to 7 days – the maximum cost
From 7 to 28 days – high cost
From 1 month to 3 months – the average cost
Over 3 months – the minimum cost.

The easiest way to calculate the cost of living is by choosing a specific date and villa. Please note that utility bills and other services are paid separately on the spot.
10. How can I pay?
For payment, you can use any credit or debit card: VISA or Mastercard. After you click the button “Pay Now”, you will be asked to provide your details for the transfer of funds. After this you will be charged at a rate of 20% of the rental price. The rest of payments, which you see in the calculation, are paid separately upon arrival.
There will be a returnable insurance deposit that you will see when calculating the value of each object (Damage Deposit). It is introduced upon arrival in the unfortunate case of such troubles as stains or broken furniture. If there are no problems or broken items the deposit is returned on the day of checking out.
In some cases, when there is less than a month left before the arrival, we can agree on full payment already on the spot, provided that you provide the documents confirming your flight. To do this, contact us and we will discuss the option that is most convenient for you. After passing the payment procedure you will receive a confirmation of your booking via the email address you have provided.
11. What is the procedure after I have paid my reservation? How do I arrive to the villa/ apartment on the day?
Once your reservation is confirmed, you can start your vacation! Make sure you tell us your flight details or arrival time to the villa in good time. We can arrange a transfer from the airport or can meet you directly at your accommodation for the check-in procedure. After this you are free to enjoy every minute of your stay on the beautiful island of Phuket. Take time to learn the culture, nature of Thailand, enjoy the tropical weather and meet new people.

12. How far in advance can I book my accommodation?
The maximum period for starting your booking is 2 years from the current day.
13. Can I book accommodation last minute?
Of course you can but it is dependent on whether we have the availability. However, please note that the more popular accommodations are often booked half a year in advance and in high season can be fully booked.
14. Can I cancel my reservation or reschedule my dates?
We understand that guests in certain circumstances need to change their travel plans. Please contact us as soon as possible regarding your situation so we can try resolve your issue.
15. Do you provide cribs, chairs, additional utensils, etc.?
We want your stay at our accommodations to be comfortable and have tried to provide everything you might need already in the villa. A full list of amenities and facilities are depicted in each description. If you need some more specific furniture, equipment or utensils just contact us, most likely we will be able to provide you with it.
16. Are there any restrictions for us as guests in your villas/ apartments?
The rules and limitations of each house are detailed in its description. Most often we prohibit only smoking to outside and do not allow pets. However, we want you to feel at home and have your stay accordingly. Our rules are only provided due to the care and love we have for our accommodations and we want you and the next guests to feel the same.
